Ingredients
  

The Chicken (Pre-Cooked):
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken (Approx 150g) Chopped Rotisserie or Canned Chicken (drained well).
The Creamy Base:
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese (115g) Softened to room temperature is mandatory.
  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing (60ml)
  • 1/4 cup Frank's RedHot Sauce (60ml) Original.
The Cheese:
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (115g) Shredded. Divided use.

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer Any model works, but preheat is not necessary.
  • 1 Small Oven-Safe Dish Like a 5-inch pie tin or small ceramic ramekin.
  • 1 Non-Stick Cooking Spray Crucial for easy cleanup!

Method
 

The One-Bowl Mix
  1. Prep: Preheat is not needed. Lightly spray your small oven-safe dish with oil.

  2. Soften Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened Cream Cheese, Ranch, Hot Sauce, and 3/4 cup of the Cheddar. Mix until completely smooth. (Use the 20-second microwave hack if the cheese is cold!).

  3. Fold: Gently fold in the chopped Chicken.

The Air Fry
  1. Assemble: Transfer the mixture into your small cooking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup Cheddar on top for the crust.

  2. Cook: Place the dish directly into the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8 to 10 minutes.

Notes
